I'm working on my bucket list before I leave for the Peace Corps so today I finished my first cassoulet.  It turned out wonderfully. Started yesterday and finished today.  I was wonderful, both the process and the final result.

    You are wonderful! And brave...I am too intimidated to try cassoulet. And that looks amazing. Who's coming to dinner?
